• To provide the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exclusive projects that
DDT Konstract Inc. are involved with.
• Responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting Shop Drawings, As Built drawings for MEP Projects related to infrastructure projects, Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Metro projects etc.
Setup drawings and make it ready for team to work on Assisting Engineers in drawing production
• Coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other
discipline
• Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team. To contribute or otherwise assist as required
• Responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including site survey and preparation of HVAC ( duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, S/RCD, S/RLD, S/RBG ), Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, preparation of Electrical power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, etc., Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.
• To demonstrate the ability to undertake above responsibilities
• Coordinate with the TSD Head, Engineers and Architects for technical details of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Fire Protection works of the project.
• Report discrepancies or design issues between the Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Fire Protection plans to the Project Manager.
• Prepare the necessary clarificatory documents.
• Monitor and follow-up the resolution of the discrepancies or design issues in the construction drawings.

Prepare detailed Sanitary/Plumbing & Fire protection Services working drawings for Various Mega Projects from Design phase, Tender plans to Execution drawings using mainly AUTOCAD, in accordance with the company’s high standards.

Check drawings and calculations and make the necessary changes or desired adjustments to the drawings or specification.

Ensure compliance with specifications, standards and requirement, assist in design planning and detailing by preparing studies rough layouts, and preliminary work in connection with the projects.

Detail drawings showing dimensions, materials and construction details.

Check complex drawings, construction work and materials in order to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and other requirements alike.

Preparation of Shop drawings - Drainage System with slope levels, Domestic & Hot Water supply System & Fire Fighting system Layouts; External services coordination system; Underground coordination layouts and sections; Typical Connection details of plumbing appliances like water closet, Wash Basins, Bidets, Sinks, Faucets; Knowledge of referring Technical Catalogues in preparing shop drawings; Pipes hanging and support details; Preparations of Builders work drawings (Slab & Wall openings); Fire Fighting system as per NFPA standards Taking Quantity take off; Learning & work on other MEP trade shop drawings & coordination layouts; As Built Drawings - MEP.

Preparation of Shop Drawings e.g Swimming Pool, Fountains, Water Features, Hot Water Production, Sewage Treatment Plant (Technical Room Plans, Section, Schematic Diagram) from Concept to Execution

Apply the QMS procedures developed IN relevant to the job and use the QMS documents

To review and analyze the contents of the Contract Documents, before or during the start of the operation, and to suggest or make a presentations whatever is necessary with regards to the management of the project

To review and analyze the Construction or Architectural Plans, and to re - estimate the Quantity of Materials, Equipment, Pumps, etc. according to the required standard specifications, to be used up to completion of the project.

To submit for approval all approval all sample materials, brochures, catalogs, etc. of the assigned project.

To always be ready in the preparation of the Construction Schedule, i.e. Bar Chart, S - Curve, Schedule of Manpower and material Tracking Schedule for monitoring purposes.

To attend all required meetings and must always ready to concern that my be discussed for any possible action that may be taken.

To review the plans and to coordinate with other trade contractor, if need arises.

To Furnish on Foreman / Lead man the schedule of activities to be prioritized.

Prepare and follow - up all Progress Billings.

Always be responsible on all estimates, evaluations and negotiations for all additional works.

Always be responsible in up - dating all as - built plans, for proper coordination’s and to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Responsible in having a good working relationship within the project, e.g. Owner representatives, Inspectors, Other Trade Contractors and most especially to my fellow subordinates and workers.

Responsible in the management of all resources of the project ( Human & Materials ) delegation of such.
