• P&ID, layout and details engineering for water & waste water treatment plant that include sizing aeration, anoxic, MBR and sludge holding tank & other tanks and equipment, wet utilities, water network, pump lifting station, potable, sewer
& irrigation network.
• Calculations of water demand and forecast, water tank size, pipe size, Pipe slope and selection of various valves, pumps and blowers, providing technical guidance to CAD design / drafts and lower-level engg working on the same project
• Conducting and approving hydrostatic water test for wet utilities pipeline (potable & firefighting pipe line, storm & sewer pipe line) as per AWWA standard.
• Select the most suitable and cost-effective water treatment and wastewater treatment plant, carry out a preliminary design including the engineering process lay-out, hydraulic profile and process flow-diagram (PFD).
• Installation, commissioning & testing for mechanical works which include (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumping, STP, R.O Plant and Water networks).
• Coordinating with the project manager and his other discipline Engineers before deciding on locations of Mechanical
equipment and accessories to satisfy the proper architectural and aesthetical considerations.
• Ensure that the drawings and specifications are correctly interpreted and gives whatever clarifications are necessary
to enable the smooth progress of the works.
• Coordinate with site contractor do to wet utilities pipe laying, valve chamber installation, fire hydrant installation.
