Location : Haryana Activities Performed : Central Park II including buildings, Housing/High-Rise High-End Towers with Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Landscaping, Sewerage Treatment plant, Water Treatment Plants (Township Development) Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress of Central Park II residential property. Full P&L responsibility and managing all Managers/Engineers/Sub-contractors that cover complete MEP systems. - Design, installation, T&C of various MEP Services for Electrical design of Lighting, HT/LT Substation, Power distribution system, HT/LT Cabling, Ventilation designs, Fire-fighting system, communication system, SCADA system involving surveillance and security system, installation and commissioning of all sub system and equipment for operation and control, hardware configuration systems, tuning, application, documentation etc.
