I am working as Investment Analyst in Al Soor Al Tasea General Trading Co.
This is an single family office. Here we have team work with related to various investment opportunities and accounts related activities such as Analysing the memorandum with various tools and market research with a final conclusion report, cash flow planning, follow up with existing investment, timely accurate accounts payable, revivable and petty cash transactions
Reconciliation of various accounts of the company
Reviewing monthly and quarterly reports related to existing investments. Fulfilling KYC requirements of the general partners.
Management of petty cash transactions.
* Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
* Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
* Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
* Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
* Preparation of financial reports.
