Role: • Coordinating with HR Business Support/Visa Section for arranging the pre-employment medical, visa, air ticket, etc. for local and overseas candidates for smooth transition of the selected candidates into the company • Handling joining formalities for all new recruits and providing necessary information to selected candidates regarding the salary, benefits, employee ID, date of joining and opening of a bank account so as to ensure that the candidate is briefed with all relevant details before joining • Ensuring that all pre & post joining documents e.g. personal data sheet, references, insurance nomination form, etc. are completed from recruits • Functioning as a Team Leader in the recruitment team • Overseeing compilation /maintenance of the personnel files of new recruits as per legal requirements and forwarding the personnel files to HR Business Support on time for updating the employee data in system • Forecasting manpower requirements by understanding the business plan and coordinating with Department Managers / Section Heads to translate that into quantifiable headcount requirements • Accountable for: o Reviewing proposal from each department for staffing requirements and providing recommendations o Networking with Concerned Administrator/Line Manager regarding joining of candidates so as to ensure the candidates join within the timeline as per the business requirements o Drafting / submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes when necessary o Opening the bank accounts for all the new joiners • Developing: o Reports entailing manpower requirements of departments and forwarding the same to higher management o Staff contract, employment offer letter, proposals, circulars, guidelines & procedures o Letters requested by the staff (bank, visas, recruitment documents, etc.) Highlights: • Recognised with general appreciations from the higher management and line Management for the recruitment • Undertook Oracle HRMS, Ejadah Recruitment Process and Procedures • Handled clients like Emaar, Nakheel, RTA, DIFC, Tecom, Dubai Global Village, etc. • Looked after 5 recruitment sectors (UAE National recruitment, Property Management, Facilities Management, Security Management, Senior corporate level Positions) • Introduced the new members to the team and explained about the policies / procedures of the company to the new joiners and updated the new joiners files to Oracle HRMS

o orientation programs for new joiners as per the training calendar to ensure new joiners are properly oriented on various HR policies, procedures and system of the company
o HR Self Service Briefing and Refresh Programs for employees for educating them on HR systems usage
o Disciplinary hearing for employees for junior level employees to senior level employees in coordination with Manager and offer guidance/ support to Employees / Line Managers to make fair and consistent decisions on disciplinary issues
o Exit interviews for junior level employees to senior level employees and assist the staff with all relevant Exit formalities to ensure a smooth transition from the Company

Highlights:
• Bagged 100 % Attendance Award (no absence in the business on 2008 - 2009)
• Successfully introduced some employee motivation measures like 100% Attendance Award, Departmental Training Awards, Performance based incentives, etc.
