Senior engineer II in the safety testing & performance testing field for electronics, IT products & home appliances as per Indian standard IS 13252+A1:2013+ A2:2015 /IEC 60950, IEC 60335-2-7, IEC 60456. For UL mark or CB certification and for other compliance such as GCC, ESMA, SONCAP and preliminary investigation of electronics and IT products as per UL/IEC/EN 60950.
working for BIS CRS scheme for safety testing of various Electronics and IT products according to their safety parameters, which make the products safe for end user(consumer) and thereby issuing a safety test report to clients for further registration process in BIS to get their products registered on BIS portal.
Also I am working for compliance of IT and electronics products for different kinds of UL mark as per UL, IEC, EN standards.
Have to test various electronics products such as Projectors, Adapters t.v server, set top box, laptops and tablets as per BIS standards IS13252 & IS 616, IS 16102 and thereby prepare safety test report for these products.
Test the ciggarettes quality visually by performing VQI of samples taken from machine, or by performing PQA of samples kept in moisture chamber for 24 hours and then performing the tests on various machine such as QTM, endloss tester and firmness index.
