Searching the database/ web/ jobsites/ newspapers and coordinating with recruitment agencies to source out the required resumes, scanning the CVs, and interview the candidates.
•Recruitment and interviewing candidates.
•Taking Care of Joining Formalities of the new employees.
•Introducing employee to the business and department and providing job description and explaining job responsibilities.
•Coordinate directly between the PR officer & employees with regards to visa requirements or processing of new employees, Visa renewals, Visa Cancellation and other PR related activities for compliance with UAE labor and legal.
•Organizational structure documentation including org. chart, job description, responsibilities and authority matrix.
•Modified HR polices & procedures; ensuring principles of fairness and consistency in the treatment of the employees are applied at all levels of management decisions.
•Familiar with Free zone’s online visa processing, renewals, cancellations and other legal proceedings.
•Sets up and maintains an effective HR filing system.
•Managing compensation & benefits- Payroll, Overtime, Bonus, Medical Insurance, Leaves, Incentives and (Gratuity in Resignation & Termination under limited & Unlimited contract)
•Prepare HR Budgeting to control cost and preparing provision for employee benefits.
•Maintain employee personal data, Leave record, Payroll records, Work injury records, Disciplinary action records, Training records and Performance review records etc.
•Coordinate insurance agent for the employee additions, deletions, medical insurance issues and re-imbursements (Medical Insurance & Workmen Compensation-GLPA)
•Developed Balance Score Cards to understand the performance. Developed - JD, KRA & KPI, advised
• department’s heads in Competency Mapping and performance appraisals.




•Review the Annual performance appraisals and compute cost estimate on annual salary increments and variable pay, in order to submit the proposal to the Senior Management.
•Investigating accidents and preparing reports for insurance carrier. Coordinating Safety Committee meetings.
•Coordinate with the bank for the employee’s new bank account openings and their bank related grievances.
•Taking care of employees’ grievances and disputes in timely manner. Conducting required investigation with the involved parties and proposing a viable recommendation to the management to resolve the dispute and to take action as per company policy.
•Taking all tasks in a positive approach and complete on time
•Knowledge in UAE Labor law.
