To Ensure required accuracy level of Fiscal Oil metering custody transfer unit measurements during operation, metrological support of Fiscal Oil metering custody transfer unit including:
Monitoring metrological characteristics of all custody transfer instruments including pressure gauges & transmitter’s and differential pressure gauges & transmitter’s, temperature gauges & transmitter’s, Flow Meters, Flow Computers, oil density meters, Viscosity meter, Water Cut meter (BS&W), On line Sampling Unit, Compact Prover and Water draw calibration system.
Timely calibration/verification of all metrological instrument & repaired metrological instrument using WQ-2 or third-party calibration laboratories including preparation of calibration requisition. Preparation of FOMCTU for calibration and performing the calibration with calibration laboratory representatives, in the presence of third party personnel.
Perform weekly proving through Master Flow Meter .Quarterly proving of master Flow meter through Compact Prover. After MM Proving conducting Linearity test for all streams Flow meter with MM Meter.
Development of schedule for metrological characteristics monitoring, calibration and verification of custody transfer instruments like Flow verification of Flow computer according to API/AGA std., Density verification (Air Checks), ADC/DAC checks TT PT DPT calibration…etc... Monitoring of compliance of FOMCTU operation with requirements stipulated for measurement conditions, ensure execution of established measurement procedures.
Preparing the Standard Operating procedure (SOP) for all the LACT (FOMCTU) activities including calibration and verification of all LACT instruments. Taking approval on the SOP”s from third party.
Conducting monthly spot check of TT PT, 15 days comparison of BS&W & Density with Lab results, Monthly sample system health checkup. Weekly checkup of USM meters.
Preparing & Obtaining PTW (Permit to work) for all the LACT activity including Calibration/ verification. Ensuring that all SOPs following in all respective activities of LACT with valid PTW and under safe environment.
Preparation of reports on results of instruments monitoring including calculation of uncertainty of compared instruments, monitoring and analysis of measuring accuracy & analysis of deviations in FOMCTU operation from specified parameters.
Certified OJT Trainer & Assessor (On Job Training), giving training to local personal and taking assessments for all the activity of LACT.
Maintenance and repair of Fiscal Oil metering custody transfer unit including:
Participation in preparation of Fiscal Oil metering custody transfer unit detailed maintenance and repair plans and procedures.
Filing technical and operational documentation of Fiscal Oil metering custody transfer unit including maintenance and monitoring reports and other specified documents. Preparation of work execution reports (maintenance) & Daily Progress report in the CMMS SAP PM system.
Timely preparation of requisitions for spare parts and materials necessary for Fiscal Oil metering custody transfer unit. Participation in commissioning and startup of additional equipment in FOMCTU. Organization and execution of activities necessary for safety of works.
Extensive experience of installation, commissioning start up and troubleshooting of Oil and gas metering skids which includes field transmitters (PT, DPT, TT) Gauges (PG TG DPG), Flow meters, (Ultrasonic, Turbine meter, Coriolis Mass meter, Orifice), Flow computer, HMI, Delta V system, Motor operated valve, Density meter, viscosity meter, BS&W meter, Prover (Compact, Ball), Control valves, online Gas chromatograph, Pressure reducing Skid, Filter System….at Company workshop and different Customer locations(onshore and offshore).
Establish communication between Metering Panel and other controlling Panel, SCADA, RTU via Modbus, TCP/IP protocol.
Providing onsite Training / orientation of metering system and its components to customers.
Developing the logic in Flow computers by using SQL to execute the required applications to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at factory or customer location.
Thoroughly Knowledge of Relevant AGA, GPA, API, ASTM & ISO Standards associated with Fiscal and Custody Transfer Metering Systems for Oil & Gas Measurement.
Preparation of work schedules for different site (commissioning, AMC, Break down etc..) & execute with required Man power.
Thoroughly Understand P&ID, Loop Drawing, Cable Schedule, GA drawing and other structural drawing and technical data sheet and documents like system Architecture Functional Data Sheet …etc.
Gas Plant Erection & Commissioning:-
Installation & Commissioning of 65MMSCFD Metering Skid, filtration skids & Pressure reduction skids with Gas chromatograph and metering Panel. Startup & GAS IN of 65MMSCFD gas processing plant.
Attending periodical review meetings to report and discuss work status.
Inspection of Instrumentation equipment and panels on receiving it in the site and placing orders for Instruments with Procurement department on urgent basis.
Coordinating with vendors and reviewing documentation, drawings during installation and commissioning of skids & Instruments. Reporting the same to the Principal Engineer.
Performing function test of gas metering skids, filtration skids & Pressure reduction skids with Gas chromatograph including gas metering Panel and transmitters.
Witnessing Site acceptance test of gas metering skids, filtration skids & Pressure reduction skid with Gas chromatograph including gas metering Panel and transmitters.
Operation & Maintenance of Fiscal Metering system:
Handling of field instrumentation & control system, gas chromatograph, fiscal natural gas metering system. Periodically Calibrations of Gas chromatogram, all type transmitter & gauges.
Compilation of instrumentation documentation, handover reports & making fixtures for routine maintenance. Maintaining Daily reports for energy consumption & taking part in a billing to customers.
Updating maintenance record of every equipment of metering skid, filtration skids & Pressure reduction skid with Gas chromatograph including gas metering Panel in Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:-
Independently doing commissioning & supervision of installation of Metering Skid, Pressure reducing Skid, Meter run at offshore and on shore sites.
Independently performing Maintenance activity of every equipment of metering skid, filtration skids & Pressure reduction skid with Gas chromatograph including gas metering Panel.
Having knowledge of SAP & Computerized maintenance management system(CMMS)
Perusing Two year PGDM in Operation & Management from 2011 from Institute Of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
Four year B-Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering in 2005-2009 from Hindustan, with 67.56%
