Techno Commercial Company is one of Leading Distributor Company for Polyacab Wires Cable & Bajaj Lighting & Fixture. Who are serving in West Bengal and North Bengal since last 25Years. Who have won many awards from Bajaj Lighting & Polycab Wires & Cables for their achievement of milestones. Where my key responsibilities are as follow :

 Sales :- Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target which has been given by company and growth across eastern zone. Forecasting and planning monthly & Quarterly sales targets and executing them in given time frame.
 Marketing :- Analyzing Latest Marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; Initiating market development effort
 Business Development: - Executing the business directions of organization to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
 Operation :- Managing activities pertaining to negotiation / finalization of deals (Techno commercial ) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
 Relationship Management :- Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms. Giving presentations & demonstrations to customer on customer e-sales portal for online review of dispatch, accounts e.t.c.
 All Activities reporting to Dirctor of Company.

Acquisition of New Customer with Sales of Bajaj Lighting .
Generation of Inquiries from Leads and conversion of order.
Follow up for Payment- Ensuring to receive payment as per agreed terms and time.
Follow up from R.M’S for their open quotations for conversion of order.
Maintaining Customer Relationship.
C-Form Follow ups
Customer’s Complains support and providing technical and commercial support to R.M’s
Taking Care for Execution of Order till delivery & receipt of Payment .
