Market leader in AI Chatbot for hotels. Heading the MENA & India Region. Represeing the company in Trade Fairs and onboarding newer clients in the region.
Assisting companies in the F&B and Hotel sector with their startup and restructuring.
Responsible for the Operations & BD for one of the largest Catering Companies.
Responsible for the day to day operations of the Events & Catering Department and the restaurants
under the brand. Eg Catch, BiteRite etc.
• Did the restructure for the departments under me after analysing the operations. This helped the
business to operate with low bottom line.
• Controlled the inventory management within the department for equipments & consumables.
• Works on a day to day with the team on the ground to enhance the team spirit and achieve greaet
customer satisfaction.
• Reports to the CEO on all aspects of my scope and worked closely on big business decisions. This lead
to closing of few business units which where bleeding & as a result lead to better cash flow for the
company.
• Developed 2 New Concepts along with the CEO and Brand Director and the same is getting fitted out
in the respective locations.
• Worked and implemented new concepts for certain locations to create good revenues.
• Works very closely with CFO & HR Director on all financial aspects.

Responsible for operations development of 25 hotels in India( 12 Operational and the rest at different stages of
project development)
From 6 franchise hotels I took the chain to 18 hotels with the support of my dedicated Team.
Succesfully completed projects within the given timeline & budget by closely working with each property
The largest timeshare company in the country ( India), having great resorts in beautiful locations in and outside the country.
Job Responsibilities included:
Navigating the F&B Dept of Coorg Resort and managing other functions.
Recruiting, training of people for the achievement of target and brand management.
Staff cafeteria operations. Including daily indenting, menu planning, HR, maintenance & standard operating
procedure. (300 staff members + contractors)
Set standards & procedures for all services provided.
Set standards for contract services.
Played a major role in handling the whole facility at the Pre-opening stage. Did a whole process of identifying the
right agency for services like Housekeeping, Securities & Travel Desk.
Did the entire recruitment for F&B and Front office department. Trained to SOP std’s before the opening of the
property.
Pivotal in gathering sponsorship for events from vendors.
