• Coordinate moving in/out
• Collect required documents for moving in/out
• Handle and process maintenance request and completion

• Handles property inspection upon moving in/out
• Prepare Tenancy Contract (renewal and new deals)

• Coordinate with the supplier regarding maintenance quote

• Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new guests
• Answering guests enquiries about a hotel and its services
• Directing visitors to their destinations, sorting and handing out mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones, setting appointments
• Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers by telephone, e-mail or in person
