Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Install and maintain Server (2003 & 2008), PC Hardware, Software and other computer peripherals.
Maintaining maximum availability of supported services for users.
Troubleshooting any reported problems from the remote sites.
Managing Active Directory and adding, removing and updating user account information, resetting passwords etc.
Monitoring the progress of third-party maintenance contract, suppliers, printers etc.

Protection and solutions are maintained and updated for Quick Heal protection management antivirus.
Maintaining and monitoring of firewall (Cyberoam) and Setting up DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS servers.
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
Managing IT Asset as per the project needs.
Provide L1 support over phone/ email/ remote and get issues solved.
Install and maintain Server, PC Hardware, Software and other computer peripherals.
Installation and configuration of networks.
Active Directory Installation and Configuration
Setting up new user profiles.
Perform desktop support for printers, personal computer and photocopy machines for printing issues.
Configuration of user profile, MS Outlook and other user related settings.
Suggest third party service and repair as necessary.
Coordinate with software suppliers to keep track of supply,
Ensure stability, integrity and efficiency of operation network.
Provide network support for end users.
Installation, update and maintenance of Anti Virus Software.
Troubleshooting of systems, server and network related problems.
Installation and trouble shooting of Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows 2000 server, Applications such as SAP front end, Microsoft Office, ORACLE 8i and antivirus Software.
Configuring and troubleshooting email accounts with MS Outlook and Outlook Express.
Installation and trouble shooting of software and antivirus for remote location (Branches) by using NetMeeting, VNC software, Team viewer and logme in.
Maintaining the leased lines and ISDN lines in Tata Motor Finance Limited, Karnataka locations.
Printer servicing and Maintenance.
Scanner installation and configuration.
Provide network support for end users.
Upgrading hardware and software for PCs.
Setting up new user profiles.
