As I have mentioned in my resume, at spectrus i was associated with the following projects
1)Design of Carbon Spare Wheel.
2) Design of various BIW Parts.
3) Reverse engineering of automotive engine hood and deck lid.
4) Design and Development of Instrument panel.
I have showed many interest in other activities in company like
1) showed self interested in design of deforester duct as per standard AIS-019
2) Reasearch on natural fiber composite
3) marketing of bamboo chops to germany for manufacturing of bamboo fiber,
4) currently working on Research of implenting bamboo fiber to automotive parts
5) I have took responsibilities of managing fun&festive commitees
IN MY CARRER Undertaken : BEML INDIA PVT. Ltd. Title : Design, Analysis and Optimization of Tow bar. Project Description: One of the important tasks in the design of Tow bar is to optimize the existing design. The main drawback of existing tow bar design is that it does not have more life due to sudden load acting on Tow bar hinge from shock absorber(i.e. helical spring). During a brake system, it also leads to wear at the wheels. Heavy weight of the Tow bar is also a major drawback.
