After Completion of 1st basic Computer Course for about Six months Worked as Data Entry Operator in one of the Textile Trading Concern.
In October 1987 joined MASTEK as Customer Support Engineer for Accounting Package. After six months they took me up in Development of Software for tailor made requirement under Clipper/Dbase. Simultaneously was doing some part of development of their Accounting Package under MS COBOL and MF COBOL. With MASTEK I got in depth knowledge of the Computerised Accounting System. I worked for MASTEK for about one and half year and then started free lancing programming with a colleague of MASTEK.
We started our Partnership business in 1989 under the name of AUTOMATE Computers and made Customised Payroll Packages for our Clients.
Thereafter We developed our Standard Accounting Package in Clipper with the help of Chartered Accountant. Gradually We got improved our selves by keeping additional staff and new customers. At this stage We made a very good and standard payroll software for all our clients.
After few years due to break in partnership I took over the charge of AUTOMATE Computers along with goodwill. We had also developed the integrated system for any organisation. i.e. FIPS-MATE which comprises Financial Accounting, Inventory Control & Management System, Payroll System, Sales Order processing & Invoicing System. Till today I have got about more than 80 installation of our packages
Presently I am maintaining the clients of our software packages (>80) and customised software development for any new clients.

The above systems are developed and implemented by me and therefore I am having in depth knowledge of computerising this system. Since when developed I did the system study in the companies and acquired fundamental knowledge.
All the packages developed are standard in nature i.e. it is suitable to any class of business like I got the clients includes sole traders, Pvt. Ltd. Cos., Pub. Ltd. Cos. And Even Multinational Cos. Who are using our software. Additionally if they required than I customise to that level.
Module wise to be brief for FI module, developed full financial accounting system with double entry book keeping system. Which gives various reports right from normal accounting reports, MIS reports, Bank reco., Income-tax and Sales-tax requirements reports, Tax-audit reports, various utilities for data corruption, data merging for multiple location, etc.
Payroll handles monthly data i.e. absenteeism as a input and it works out all the monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual reports for PF, ESIC, P.Tax, I.Tax, Bonus, Gratuity etc. It is std. in code i.e. every client wise the data is kept in database. So that their earnings and deductions formulas etc. are all parameterised and kept in database.
Inventory keeps the track of mfg. Unit so that their material received, issued internally or job work, items consumed, production, despatch, bill of material etc. are kept in mind. This gives the stock of any item, RM, stores, WIP, FG. Various reports are developed e.g. Slow moving item, Stock valuation, ABC Analysis, GRN/Issues/DC printouts. Etc.
In Sales Order right from placing the order till the material gets despatch via invoice it keeps the track of item and gives the stock. Also it gives pending order status, invoice printout, party wise- item wise- salesman wise-sales area wise stock etc.
Besides this the system is on-line and fully integrated with each module. Developed some other customised modules after the system study is carried out.
