* Refund reconciliation for the ADM's raised by the company and Airline using ATPCo, Amadeus, Worldspan& PARS

Description
As an auditor the main job was to Audit tickets of various Airlines generated through BSP using ATPCo, Amadeus, Worldspan and PARS. Authorizing refund application for these Airlines. Issuing ADM's to the defaulting agents after taking into consideration Airline Rules and Regulations. Was also involved in handling disputes for the refunds of ADM's.
To create Audit schedules for different Airlines as per their requirement. Was also involved in Quality Checks to ensure that potential revenue was not lost. Maintaining the ADM checker for the Refunds Audit Team.
Auditing airline coupon issued by travel agent (audit coupon is one of the four coupon issued by agent) and finding out any manipulation or errors such as fare calculation error, missing out on tax or intentionally under collection, wrong season charged, violation of fare rule conditions etc.
Raising debit memos on error tickets
Back dating and pricing the fare in the system which we compare with audit coupon to find out any difference in fare
Checking historical data in ATPCO for purged fares, checking past PNRs and subjecting them to fare audits
Also assisting the team in solving their queries, conducting refreshers for the team and maintaining Quality Check reports for different audits.
