As a Company Cook/ Stocks Controller
Planning meal and supplies accordingly to the budget allocated by the company on a weekly basis. Responsible on the Daily meal for 60 persons, includes preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dealing with the suppliers of goods to maximize the discount and can utilize the saved money on making food special due to some occasional request.
Receiving of stocks from delivery
Handled the daily stocks ordering to replenish the stocks being sold for the day.
Made Stocks Requirement Report for the week so that warehouse will have an idea on what to get from the supplies

Working under pressure and handled working without off
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines and prepares all food items ads directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager at any time.
