Acquisition and servicing of micro, small and medium size enterprises for their various requirements like Current accounts, SME-LAP, Business loan, Payroll accounts, Working capital, Forex etc.
Performing unwrapping procedures and enhanced due diligence to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory environment.
Preparing credit proposal for onboarding NTB clients for their financial requirements.
Liasioning with other departments and products team to meet client requirement.

Sourcing HNI Clients for Secured assets LAP, HL and LRD.
To identify, deepen & maintain relationships with channel partners for business enhancement.
To manage good relationship with the customers and provide timely resolution to their complaints and queries.
To manage quality of files login to maintain good approval ratio as per industry standards and assigned targets.
To provide exceptional personalized customer service to high net worth customers, thereby achieving targeted growth & service norms.

Being a Premium Segment/ SME Hunter, focus was on acquiring new clients for High Value Segments / Small medium Enterprises.
Close working relationship with in-house farmer - Premium/ SME RM for CASA, Deposits, Cards cross-sell and other referral products like Insurance, Assets. To maintain profitable business with minimum cost of acquisition and optimum rate of return.
To cross-sell and up sell bundled products to existing customer base to increase the reach.
