 Maintaining key Accounts.
 Handling Sales coordination of full UAE sales.
 Taking orders from all the sales executives, checking stock, price and preparing order form and sending the same to manufacturing unit at Sultanate of Oman.
 Following up with the Oman factory team for proper delivery of items on time as per the order received.
 Following up with the sundry debtors, for overdue cheques, hold cheques and bonus cheques.
 Maintaining proper stock in warehouse in association with store in charge.
 Preparing monthly, slow moving, damage stock and short and excess received reports.
 Handling petty cash fund.
 Answering enquiry call of customers on telephone and resolving the issues if any.
 Issuing receipts against payment received from the customers and depositing the same in the Bank.
 Preparing monthly payroll of UAE staff and sending the same for approval and release of salaries.
 Preparing employees leave settlement, and booking their air tickets.
 Handling day today administration works.
 Reconcile the statement of accounts for issuing payments and collection of payments.
 Assisting Sales manager in sale promotion offers from time to time.
 Preparing daily work report, daily payment report to head office.
