As a main contractor Qa/QC Engineer of Obayashi-HBK JV, responsible for quality control/Assurance over MEP activities at Msheireb Downtown Doha-Phase 3 project and getting maximum output from Subcontractor Qa/Qc Team. Instructing subcontractor Qa/QC Engineer to raise Inspection request according to the planned date of inspections of Civil and handing over the MEP clearances to the Civil.Conducting inspections and ensuring that the quality of the work is acceptable prior to the consultant’s inspections. Responsible for conducting inspections with Consultants and getting approvals. Resolving site quality issues by coordinating with MEP Coordinators and subcontractor’s construction team.
Responsible for quality control/Assurance over MEP activities at Barwa Amenities zone Package 3 project. MEP services which includes all HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting works which includes CHW piping, AC Ducts, Drainage systems, Fire Fighting systems, pump station water distribution, Electrical Systems consists of LV, ELV, Small power, Fire alarm, Emergency, Earthing and lightning protection systems etc. Lead in implementation of Quality management System in the Organization and Quality Management System for MEP Projects.
