Assist the Sales Manager to various new projects, tenders and other day to day activities.
* Packaging development activities related to the development of the new design to final commercial
production, including all kinds of approvals such as design, trial, color, shade etc.
* Coordinate the sales activities with various departments such as Accounts, Production, Planning,
Logistics, QA etc.
* Share details of each activity with customers and inform production department, the requirements of
customers, and vice versa.
* Prepare various sales reports and present them in weekly meetings.
* Maintain the documents of production, sales & accounts.
* Train new employees to make them understand the job.
* Support the Marketing Manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
* In touch with customers for smooth flow of order process and be a channel between customer and
company.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, Email or chat.
* Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
* First contact point of customers to ensure the requirement on new projects, production status, on time
delivery of materials etc.
Handling customers:-Nestle, Al Ghurair foods, Johnson and Johnson, Agthia, Himalaya, Al rehab perfumes etc.
Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
* Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
* Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media
(Social, print etc.).
* See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
* Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
