Hands-on experience in SIP, VoIP, VPN, voice codec (g723, g729) and asterisks.
Configuring device IP, Routing, Network Configuration, Basic and advance VoIP configuration and default gateways.

Excellent experience in Network Planning, Implementation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Testing of networking systems, IPV4 and IPV6.

Report irresolvable issues to senior technicians
Organize and update database to senior technicians
Coordinate and support on software issues and installations
Perform installations, requirement analysis, compatibility and feasibility reviews
Perform IP mapping and routing and server maintenance
Perform troubleshoot on all voice service for LAN and WAN hardware modules and configure appropriate modules
Monitor all clients inquires and ensure appropriate resolution for same
Responsible for configuration, staging, implementation and support for VoIP installation
Analyze client requirement for advance service products coordinate with business firms and develop appropriate voice solution for customers
