Ensure all equipments and tools are in proper condition
Maintain the necessary HSE related records
Ensure the use of protective clothing and equipment for the job
Report unsafe conditions or defects in plant or equipment to the Project Manager
Continually inspects the work areas to identify unsafe acts and conditions and advises line supervision of those that cannot immediately be corrected
