• Involved in the planning and execution of various events related activities like show catalogue
content creation and management.
• Liaison with the clients in order to receive all the collaterals needed for the show catalogue, social
media posts.
• Coordinating event management services on behalf of the company, with a key goal of pursuing
new market opportunities, thereby helping the sales team to increase the event sales.
• Coordinate directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by handing over the daily sales report
and various on the floor event activities like various exhibitions visit, maintain calendar and schedule
appointments.
• Be active part of business review meetings with sales organization, updating necessary data and
predefined presentations on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with the Marketing & PR agency and provide relevant content for website and catalogue
creation.
• Liaison with the client for the payment. Appraise them on the pending payment and conduct
payment collection follow up.
• Assisting the Operations Manager throughout, from the print production to the venue management.
• Presenting creative event opportunities and benefits, professional marketing proposal writing and
diligent follow up with exhibitors.
• Handling the cross promotions for the events to reach out to more of the target audience.
• Handling media partnerships and external paid marketing communications
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up
to ensure resolution and area of improvement.
• Providing trustworthy feedback to the client by rigorously communicating the standard
deliverables and on ground rules and regulation.
• Develop the daily activity sales report.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc and liaison with the Finance/Accounts.
• Provide client’s feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
