• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a Quality plan to bring the company’s Quality management systems and policies into compliance with the Quality standard requirements.
• Set and achieve quality objectives as a part of continual improvement.
• Promote Quality assurance awareness
• Conducting surveillance audits and inspections including the sub-contractors & Involve in ISO 9K, 18K, 14K audits.
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
• Induct employees regarding the activities based on the specifications/work procedure.
• Maintain quality standards as per specification and client requirements.
• To ensure full control of work on sites & maintain the long-term continuity of production and service quality.
• Frequently evaluates quality control data, and ensures precision of the documentation.
• Review of Method statements and other work procedures. Prepare and implement Inspection & Test plans to ensure full coverage of all control points (CP) of the work performed.
Ensures QC Engineers/Inspectors adherence to their functions, duties and responsibilities.
• Identifies non conformities, perform corrective analysis in the preparation of Quality assessments.
• Assessing the product specifications from the client to ensure all requirements are met to the full satisfaction of the client.
• Conduct weekly meetings and report minutes.
• Assist all QA/QC members in preparation of QCR’s, maintain logs, and inspections at site.
• Preparation of documents for Inspection waiver, Shipment release approval from client.
• Preparation and submission of work inspection requests for completed activities.
• Preparation of handing over documentation as per client requirements.
• Inspection and approval of materials received from supplier/manufacturer before installation.
• Perform Testing works and commissioning of the systems involved.
• Assist Civil defence inspections for buildings or fire fighting pipeline networks for approvals and Testing & Commissioning processes.
• Perform random laboratory witness to ensure quality of testing.
• Perform random factory visits/ batch plant visits to ensure raw materials quality.
• Documentation of project records/ test reports/ factory visits etc.
• Documentation of authority particular requirements especially with regards to green buildings.
• Ensure that all equipment in use is well calibrated and fit for use.
• Inspection for installation and testing of pipes and fittings including HDPE, UPVC, DI, GRP, GRE and Carbon steel materials.
• Preparation of maintenance matrices and inspection schedules for the end user.
• Preparation of O&M manuals for all operating equipment/ instruments with manufacturer/supplier documents.
• Preparation of Asset Register for the equipment/plant installed in the project.
Organizing and arranging attic stock as per specifications/manufacturer recommendations for maintenance works
