Production Engineer - Link Middle East Ltd
 Release of Plate Cutting & Machining sketches to the Inter dept. and issuing the material to them.
 Making production reports, workmen reports, inventory reports, cost analysis reports, forecast reports, and purchasing forecast reports for Production departments.
 Coordination with Design dept, project dept, site engineers, & logistics dept for scheduling and delivery of the jobs as per priority.
 Designed & implemented various jigs & fixture to reduce in-house cost, time, and man power & improve the quality of product.
 Responsible to making Projects planning for fabrication purpose, Man power handling through JOB Card system & Direct or Indirect executions with Supervisors, Forman, workers.
 Preventive Maintenance of machinery and housekeeping of plant.
 Performing site monitoring on actual conditions to appropriately associate and fix details in the shop drawings to minimize re-works; rejections and control waste of time.
 Efficiently organized manpower from other resources and sites to address the lack of manpower as well conferred with sales team and manage to minimize delays in the production and dispatch.
 Arrange for the inspection of the job (Client / Third party / Internal Inspection).
 Responsible for Inventory and cost Management, including 5S, health, safety and environment. Responsible for handling and optimizing manpower and resources.
 Monitoring & controlling in quality of Welding & Fabrication.
 Coordination's with Project dept., QC or QA dept., EHS dept. Welding dev., Maintenance dev., Store dept. & Vendors for fabrication purpose, etc.
 Conducting training and lectures on the process to welders & Fabricators.
 Technical knowledge of Fabrication, tool room, casting foundry, MIG, TIG, & Robot welding, CNC Plasma cutting, CNC tube profile cutting.
