Handling the change management in Hard FM Service Delivery Model for interim period.
Supervised a Team of 100 technical staff from different disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil.
Maintain P&L of the contracts assigned. Implement IFM Policies & Strategies to retain the contracts and financial sustainability. Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure delivery targets are achieved. Ensure that the shop floor has the necessary manpower, competence, skill, knowledge, and tooling required in order to achieve targets. Control inventory management activities within the budget. Manage Technical, House Keeping & Security Discipline efficiently. Manage Specialist sub-contractor for life safety systems, ELV systems, lifts etc. Responsible for regulatory maintenance, SLAs KPI of the contracts. Implement Energy Management Strategies at site and record. Manage versatile client list like Corporate, Community Managers, Building Owners etc
Assist and deputise for Facility Manager across the whole range of duties required.
Involve both strategic vision and commercial awareness in delivering the contractual
requirements to Client. Manage hard and soft services in accordance with agreed
budgets. Close involvement in the day to day operational management of the team,
working to specific budgets, with regards to day to day faults & all kinds of
maintenance operations.
Ensure on a day to day basis the department is compliant with all existing & proposed
legislation, with particular reference to health & safety, which will include analysis,
evaluation & recommendation.
Production and implementation of operational policies as discussed with the team of
Facilities Managers & Divisional Manager.
· Generate and execute work plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs
requirements for ELV Systems, IBMS, CCTV & Security Access Control System in
multiple Construction Projects.
· Identifies resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
· Review deliverables done by team before handing over to client.
· Effectively apply company’s proven methodology and enforce project standards.
· Review project documents with sales team; compile the project documents to be
complete and current.
· Manage Budget, minimise expenses and risk on projects.
· Track & report team hours and expenses periodically.
· Forecast and assure revenue recognition & receivables for projects.
· Analyze project profitability, utilization, cost-to completion, etc...
· Follow up with clients, when necessary for approvals, unpaid invoices, delays etc...
· Assure project legal documents are completed and signed.
· Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
· Hold regular status meetings with project & integration team.
· Lead design & engineering team to achieve the ideal & optimum
solution in BMS Industry.
· Planning & Scheduling the project - Design & Engineering,
Engineering Submission & Approval, Procurement, Delivery, System
Start-up, Testing, Commissioning, Training & Handover.
· Co-ordinate with multi vendors to integrate the BMS System on
different protocols like BACnet, Lon, Modbus, M-Bus, JCI N2 Bus,
Profibus, etc..
· Day to day site co-ordination, provide work direction to
Technicians, Designers, Installers and Sub contractors.
· Manage and complete loading, device verification and
commissioning of all System Controllers as required.
· Provide accurate project as-built and commissioning
documentation.
· Perform site-specific training for owner/operator on the total
system.
· Design & Estimation, Engineering, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC Controls, CCTV,
Access Control, Alarm Monitoring & Building Management System.
· Training to Client/Operator.
· Follow-up of Quotation & Tender Submission.
· Program DDC/Supervisory Controller and generate graphics for Workstation.
Completed MBA from Al Siraj Institute, Ajman, UAE. Results are expected in November 2013.
Secured hihg level of academic knowledge and studied Digital Electronics, Computer Algorithams, Data Structures as part of vide carriculaum.
