Joined as Assistant Accounts (entry level) and have showed and recorded and exceptional growth rate. Currently hold the post of a Senior Accountant and Administrative Officer leading a staff of 1(one) Accountant, 3(three) Assistant Accountants, 23 skilled workers, and 44 unskilled workers.
Responsibilities:
Directing, monitoring, coordination, of work processes, and Cash flow, to check selection and evaluation of processes and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions, in accordance to daily / monthly cash flow plans and schedules.
Spearheading the audit of factory accounts.
Liaising with Chartered Accountant to effect modifications in the Cash flow.
Appraising immediate superiors of the possible anomalies in the production schedules, order’s completion or cash emergencies, and also taking immediate corrective measures if required.
Responsibility of quality control and quality assurance spanning (this is under the strict guidance and watchful eye of the Indian Army).
Submitting weekly/monthly financial position of the company along with the stock report of the material in the warehouse to ensure smooth functioning of the production (audit of the raw materials).
• Created and coordinated the implemented new and improved manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles.
Dual responsibility of Branch accountant and branch stockiest of hofuf and tabuk
