ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Design, Erection, Commissioning of panel including Main MV panel, APFC, LSB, PDB’s, DB’s, Cable Tray, Cable Laying & Termination at Sites.
•Preparation of Bill of materials, load scheme and sending to Customer for revising as per their requirements.
•Preparing as built drawing after finalizing of panel and erection @ site.
•Internal inspection of panel & Quality checking of production, installation of electrical panels & systems.
•Testing of all switchgears and confirming their physical & operating quality.
•Erection and charging of H.T Transformer (upto 5MVA), LBS, L.T & M.V Panels, D.G sets (upto 1.5 MVA).
•Erection and charging of 600A busbar trunking system (Schneider & Legrand make) at Site.
•Design of Panel and P&C Circuit using AUTO CAD.
•Sending approved Drawing to Fabrication Unit for Fabrication.
•Sending approved BOM to procurement for material Purchase.
•Knowledge & Supervision for the wiring of Panel & trouble shooting.
•Knowledge & Supervision for H.T cabling, H.T indoor and outdoor cable termination upto 33KV.
•Knowledge & Supervision of work for complete earthing network for the total system.
•Knowledge & Supervision for L.T, M.V & H.T cable splicing.
•Power monitoring & power factor correction solution for the industries
Having 10+ yrs (7 yrs- INDIA, 3 yrs- GULF) of experience and knowledge in
•Erection, Commissioning and O&M for Facility & Infrastructure projects, Power & Process Plants, Industries and Buildings.
•Quality checking of production, installation of electrical panels & power systems.
•Electrical 2D Design of load scheme (design, addition & alteration) & Panels for Various Projects.
•Electrical O&M for KING ABDULLAH Road Project @ RIYADH- KSA includes R.O Plant & rain water lifting stations + area wise substations.
•Deputation for AL ORUBA road project- snag checking.
•Commissioning and O&M of 2 x 150 MW, 1 x 10 MW thermal power plants.
•Maintenance of UPS upto the range of 10 KVA
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Testing, Commissioning & O&M of HV, MV& LV switchgears ranging from 230V, 415V, 6.6KV, 11KV, 33KV.
•Testing & commissioning of power transformers of various capacities from 5 MVA to 190 MVA up to 400 KV voltage level.
•Knowledge of Transformer protection- Differential & REF Protection and synchronizing scheme.
•Commissioning & O&M of T-G, Excitation System, NGR, LAVT, GRP, TSP, AVR, Metering, synchronizing panels & HT capacitor panels.
•Experience in Control room Shift duties towards O&M & Regular day to day scheduled maintenance activities.
•Handling of Emergency conditions such as Total Power Failure (TPF).
•Reading electrical drawings, interconnection charts.
•Preventive maintenance and servicing of all types of starter modules.
•Maintenance and trouble shooting in industrial motors.
•Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits.
•All types of industrial and domestic lighting systems and earthing system.
•Assistance during testing and commissioning of electrical equipments.
•Schedule maintenance of Transformer and switchyard.
•Experience in commissioning of LT VFD drive ACS55O (ABB), ACS510 (ABB).
•Commissioning of MOV’S (ROTORK and AUMA).
•Commissioning of ESP controller, rectifier transformer and its drives.
•Monitoring the energy meter reading, power consumption & power factor & Preparation of Daily and Monthly Power Generation and Auxiliary Consumption report.
•Responsible for Maintenance activities of substation.
•Maintenance of battery bank & D.G.
•Knowledge of Generator, Transformer, busbar- protection, & Motor protection.
•PROJECTS HANDLED:
•2 X 150 MW, SHREE MEGA POWER, RAJASTHAN.
•1 X 10 MW
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintenance of NUMERIC UPS upto the range of 10KVA with SMF Battries.
•Daily reporting the status of every machine which preventive maintenance is done on that day.
