Preparing weekly dashboard and monthly progress report.
Reviewing baselines and action plans submitted by the Contractor.
Reviewing all reports submitted by the Contractors.
Carry out earned value analysis, providing feedback to the PMC and the Client.
Analyze progress, schedule trends, and develop forecasts to support management decision making.
Reviewing the Contractor's updated programme to ensure the reported progress matches actual site progress.
Notify the Resident Engineer, Client and the Contractor about prioritization of areas and corrective actions based on critical and near critical path of the as-built programme.
Monitor and report on schedule implications of changes.
Maintain claim records and provide the determination for Contractor’s substantiations using delay impact analysis methods.
Review of Contractor's procurement schedule update to ensure timely delivery of long lead materials.
Continual coordination with the Resident Engineer, Client, Main Contractor and Sub-Contractors to monitor progress and thereby ensure programme milestones/dates are met.

• Reporting to Project manager and Operation manager
• Assisting senior planning engineer in developing a project schedule that includes the entire project scope of work, client requirements, schedule hierarchy, division of responsibility, schedule review, approval requirements, and distribution.
• Developing detailed schedules by WBS, and assigning costs, labor, and equipment to each activity to determine progress requirements to meet the project completion date.
• Updating the project schedule on a daily basis and revising the project schedule as required.
• Assessing actual progress versus planned progress to determine trends and variances.
• Analyzing schedule trends, determining risks and developing options for corrective action.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Attending meetings with clients to make sure that all stakeholder needs are met.
• Assisting with the preparation of project time and cost claims.
• Preparing Item list for the shop floor.
