BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Contract Management/administration - identification/submission, and settlement of Claims with the Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Monitoring of ‘scope creep’/potential changes during Contract execution; Contractor’ obligations/ rights; progress monitoring; progress payment, etc.
Assertion of Contractor’s rights, issuance of Notices, advise to Project Management (PMT) and other function teams in relation to commercial/ technical issues with Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers.

 Review of Tender Documents for Contractual & Commercial issues, Risk Assessment, preparation of Risk Mitigation plan, Bidding strategy. Negotiation with Client, Subcontractors, and Suppliers for Contractual & Commercial terms.

 Subcontract / Procurement Management: Preparation & finalization of Subcontract / Procurement terms to ensure the risk mitigation of main contract’s obligation on back to back basis. Review & closure of exceptions requested by the Subcontractors / Suppliers to the terms and conditions.

 EPC Proposals and FEED tenders in Oil and Gas sector for enhancement of Oil and Gas production and development of new field for National Oil Companies within UAE/ Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 Drafting & formulating of MOUs, Joint Venture / Consortium Agreements, Subcontracts, Licensing Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Sponsorship Agreements.
