Preparing and generating of daily HSE Reports, walk through reports and submitting to Safety Supervisor for review.
Conducting audits and submitting audit closeout report to client.
Reporting all unsafe act/conditions and coordinating with all department engineers and supervisors for closing out all the observations.
Generating daily observation report and circulating to project team.
Guiding and assisting safety officers in the field.
Alerting and updating project team about weather forecast.
Tracking third party certification expiry of employees, tools and equipment's and advising to all concerned personnel for getting it renewed.
Assessing employees and recommending them for ‘safe man of the month' award and client recognition.
Logging and updating of all unusual situation faced on project activity (Gas leakages, Emergency evacuations, Weather conditions).
Coordinating and conducting walk-through with client representatives.
Ensuring toolbox talk conducted at workplace.
Delivering training for the employees as required.
ensure personal protective equipment (such as hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, footwear and safety helmets), is being used in workplaces according to regulations
ensure dangerous materials are correctly stored
Preparing and submitting HSE related documents.
Auditing all work permits on randomly.
Plans, develops and implements safety risks and mitigating measures.
Undertakes special evaluation of hazardous working places as the need arises and recommend immediate corrective and or preventive actions.
Undertakes evaluation of working places to recommend acceptable safety work standards.
Prepares checklist or specific task to facilitate planned inspection of areas covered by safety officers.
Monitor the strict compliance of incident/accident reports to be submitted within 12 hours from the time of incident to safety department.
