I was hired by UAEU to complete one of their project on earthquake study and resilience related to it. Till now i had completed the GIS part and data preparation using model builder to predict the areas vulnerable to the disaster and published many research paper related to it. Now, i am working to make it online on Web Portal so that can be accessed by people.
1. Managed specific complex GIS projects related to water resources in consultation with senior scientists of ISRO.
2. Interpreted, managed and analysed highly complex and specialized geographic information in context of specific GIS projects for Government of India and development of National water resource project called India-WRIS.
3. Liaise and monitored with State Departments and Ministries to evaluate suitability and quality of work going on under the national watershed development program for rainfed areas (NWDPRA).
4. Provided expertise in GIS applications development to support the national funded projects for the benefits of common people.
5. Produced highly specialised technical documentation such as DPR and Closure report, and contribute to internal and external reports and publications, as required.
6. As appropriate, managed and mentor more junior staff.
