Overseeing the full leasing cycle, including marketing, viewings, contract preparation, renewals, and terminations
Achieved over 95% by executing strategic leasing plans from June 2023 to present.
Coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely rent collection and monitoring outstanding payments.
Handling delinquent accounts and initiating necessary actions against defaulting tenants
Managing preventive and corrective maintenance works and ensuring the upkeep of all facilities
Coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure quality maintenance services
Represented property owners with POA at all governmental authorities.
Following up on legal cases against non-compliant tenants in coordination with the legal department.

Leasing management

•Managing over 250 towers and building (commercial and residential) plus over 100 villas (5000 units as total assets) distributed different areas in Dubai.
•Responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.
•Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
•Considerable experience in the management and rent commercial spaces, retail shops, stores and offices.
•Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
•Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
•Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to our properties.
•Fine tuning of retailer mix whenever is possible by visiting prospect regularly and have an updated waiting list.
•Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to company’s rules and procedures.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities.
•Coordinate with Tenants on a daily basis to resolve issues.
•Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation.
•Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing Retail groups, preferably within the GCC to ensure continued and future business.
•Prepares a target list of the prospective customers, both local and international suitable for the type of areas available for leasing, assess their due diligence, invites them to a presentation drawing, models etc. in order to generate interest in our properties, work towards sales closure to meet revenue targets Ensures proper maintenance of tenants waiting list.
•Perform management duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by the board of directors for the position.

Community association management

•Managing the Owner association for residential tower (G+30) at Dubai Marina area (425 units).
•Dealing with the other authorities such as the main developer and DLD for the related transactions.
•Managing the facilities of the tower through Conclusion an annual Maintenance contracts with the biggest maintenance companies in Dubai plus over 50 maintenance companies for the other buildings.
•Follows up on all HSE Standards and ensure properties meet the established requirements reporting.
•Responsible for the adoption of the service charges From RERA.
•Dealing as a Developer with the owners for all the required transactions.
•Experience in sending correspondence and circulars and notices to tenants and landlords and maintenance companies.
•Considerable experience in drafting the leasing contracts, maintenance contracts and sales/purchase properties contracts and in cooperation with the Legal Affairs.
•Experience in dealing with the main developers in Dubai.
