I had worked as a Sales Administrator in Industry Sector (Product Business) to ensure the Financial Reporting integrity, the effectiveness of internal control systems & adherence to compliance Policies. Also to manage, Monitor, Execute sales order & other office administration Work with the objective of achieving the set Business Targets in my earlier phase.
• Order Acquisition: Participate in Commercial Discussions, ensure adherence to corporate & Divisional policies in order to achieve planned OV-TO-EBIT.
• Monitor & Execution: Order Booking, Credit & Debit Memo, bank Guarantee - Corporate Guarantee & Proforma Invoice. Negotiate & Release the PO to sub vendors for Bought-outs & Clear the Vendor Bills. Follow-up for Deliveries & Material Availabilities, Maintaining & Sending documentation to customer like order confirmation. Identifying risks & makes provisions to cover them.
• Customer Relation & Receivable/Risk Mgt.: Reconciliation of Accounts to ensure timely collection of payments & solve the customers' queries along with reduction of sales tax liability by collecting C-Forms.
• Prepare monthly MIS /Statistics to monitor & Control Business by Generating Debtors & Business Volume reports & others for office daily costs.
• Handling Audits like Internal & External Auditors & Co-ordination between Head Office & Regional locations.

• Exposure of working in Dept. of Commercial Project Mgt. as well as Monthly MIS for Forcast as well as analysis of Actual Results.
