Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with GBN partners / RIs for global accounts
• Scheduling and attending meetings with clients and underwriters.
• Understanding the insurance requirements of clients and designing various policies.
• Handling Key Accounts.
• Managing new business from quotation to placement stage.
• Dealing with all major insurers in GCC.
• Negotiating price and policy terms with the underwriters.
• Conducting and Participating in Risk Inspection Survey.
• Handling Renewals with cover improvements and arranging alternate quotes timely.
• Managing Operations and SME portals teams including Personal lines.
• Client Portfolio and Claims Analysis.
• Reporting MIS on a Monthly basis on Production, Product-wise Growth and Achievement
of Results.
• Developing and Organizing Training Programs for sales and marketing staff mainly for
Product knowledge, Preliminary info requirements; and Technical know-how.
• Building and maintaining sustainable business relations with key accounts at both
strategically and tactical level, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and quality
Norms.
• Creating new sales opportunities to find clients through Introducers and Affinity programs
along with Cross-selling and Upselling for existing clients.
