Visiting site to check all the conditions that may affect the project in coordination with subcontractor
Eliminating redundant/obsolete processes, managing development processes and working towards value-addition
Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set; documenting reports to keep
track of the material used & ensuring savings in every possible way
Identifying safety requirements and ensuring the work performed by workers & other related activities are as per the safety
regulation of the respective area
Checking the status of all drawings issued and raising technical queries for any discrepancies when comparing architectural
and structural drawings
Reviewing & approving drawings according to site conditions and implementing latest & effective construction practice and
techniques to meet the contract requirement
Mentoring and motivating workforce; providing continuous on-job training to ensure efficiency; working on succession
planning of the workforce, shift management activities, appraising the member’s performance & providing feedback
