HUMAN RESOURCE TASKS:

• Recommend and execute annual staff development plan for both Onshore and Offshore Staff.
• Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees in compliance with UAE and UK Labour Laws.
• Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.
• Plan and facilitate HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, employee relation.
• Develop job descriptions for current/new positions in consultation with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list.
• Assist and monitor the progress of job planning and performance management.
• Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions and procedures.
• Establish and maintain relations with government and other related personnel stakeholders.
• Monitor employee time sheets and leave requests.
• Supports the procedures relating to personnel or staffing issues.
• Assist Head of Operations in planning and facilitating transfers through demobilization plan, mapping the surplus staff with current and future requirements and ensure timely demobilization / rotation to avoid idling cost.
• Execute exit interviews at the time of separation, Initiation of employee clearance of the respective domain.
• Manages the day to day Recruitment operations.
• Organize and manage the delivery of trainings and individual development programs.
• Prepare Annual Training Calendar in coordination with department heads.
• Manage the HR petty cash and monitor PRO expenses.


ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

• Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office.
• Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation.
• Ensure logistic arrangements including flights reservations, hotel and vehicle arrangement for Project Staffs, Visitors/Partners, Consultants and interns are followed.
• Ensure and monitor the timely procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office.
• Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and emails to local counterparts or other related offices or agencies in relation to the office operations.
• Assist in preparing different company - wide events.

RECRUITMENT:

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:

• Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the department heads.
• Organize and manage the delivery of trainings and individual development programs.
• Prepare Annual Training Calendar in coordination with department heads.
• Strict adherence to QMS policy from a training documentation standpoint.
• Develop measuring tools along with department heads to evaluate the training effectiveness.
• Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events.
• Summarizing evaluation reports for trainings and providing outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Producing training materials for in-house courses and maintains all the required training records based on QMS for the auditing.
• Ensure the quarterly reports distribution to all the departments to have their track on their planned training programs and reminders to follow up to get the entire scheduled training plan completed.
• Issuance and tracking of training certificates.
• Ensure that orientation program for every new employee is properly executed (including 1-day orientation sessions as well as 1-week induction plan).


ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

• Assist HRBP in developing and revamping company policies, procedures, formats and systems related to Human Resource and act as a consultant of company policies to facilitate all employees of the company.
• Assist HRBP in preparing different HR related manuals (employee handbook, Performance Management Guide etc.) on need basis.
• Assist HRBP in different internal and external HR practices related surveys to improve company policies and procedures and to bring changes at organizational level.


TALENT MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

• Facilitates and delivers awareness sessions on Appraisal Management System and 360-Feedback System to site employees.
• Improved employee morale by conducting HR Clinic, Employee Site Forums and company social events.
• Accountable for university relation programs and Trainee Engineers rotation / mentorship programs.
