• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

• Develop Reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in Microsoft Dynamics A/X 2012 environment, Dashboards and Interfaces with 3rd Party applications.
• Customize applications to fulfill business requirements, develop meaningful reports from the system that the management can utilize to make better-informed decisions
• Work closely with business users of various departments to develop reports, interfaces, Dashboards within defined specifications and properly document functionality of delivered solution.
• Responsible for supporting, developing, maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting assigned applications
• Demonstrate strong follow-through and consistently keep commitments to end users
• Take ownership and responsibility for priority end user cases where and when required
• Maintain high availability and optimal performance for application and client support.
• Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements.
• Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes.
• Designing and developing the Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Responsible for ETL, (Extract Data from SQL Server, Excel files, Transform into fit operational needs according to SBG-PBAD quality levels and Load into the end target (database). (Tool: Microsoft - SQL Server Integration Services)
• Act as a liaison between IT, HR and functional areas for technical requirements.
• Responsible for the End-Users Training of Oracle WebCenter Contents (ECM) & Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), and preparation of Training Material.
• Super User for Procurement Process for Sourcing & Support all users (SBG and Suppliers) for anything related to Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Leading the Project Team and coordinating the project all matters related to its contents.
• Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed (SBG-PBAD, Consultant, Client & ISO) standards and deadlines. Regular liaison with the Project Managers, Consultants and Heads of All Departments on all project related matters.
• Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities.
• Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress to the Manager.
• Taking responsibility to control and flow of documents.
• Prepare the schedule and status of running projects.
• Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
I worked with a Software Engineer of the organization as Programmer on Attendance System of the Organization. This Software will fetch the records from a Thumb Impression Device, and generate the reports daily, monthly and annual basis.
