Developing & Managing a business of brands Steel Series, Targus, Monster & Harmon Kardon accessories across UAE for Power retailers, Wholesalers, Operators online Channels (E.g. Etisalat, E-max, Jumbo, Jacky’s, Sharaf Dg, Eros, Plugins, Carrefour, E-city, Souq, and Loymart) with a team of Merchandisers & promoters.
To Identify and work closely with Regional Power Retailers to establish relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for company's products. With complete Monitoring of sales progress, inventory, purchase, Planogram etc.
Effective and prompt communication with company on daily activity report/monthly review meeting for evaluation of sales & marketing activity and forecast plan.
Achieve the assigned budget in terms of growth and profitability
Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities.
Analyze the market trend, competitors’ strength, our client’s strength and weakness, potentiality of market. Based on this, prepare and execute most effective and efficient business plan.
To consistently provide a high level of customer service through the successful nurturing of internal relationships with those departments who depend on or who influence own work.
To continually review customer requirements and proactively introduce new products where applicable.
To identify ways of maximizing profitability to the company on the existing range of products supplied.

Managing a business of Samsung Accessories across UAE for Power retailers, Wholesalers & online Channels with a team of Key Account Managers, Merchandisers & promoters.
Achieving sales targets including value, volume, profitability and development of new accounts
Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for the complete Sales Process for online and KDR channel.
Leading a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one of long term proactive relationship building
Defines and Reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of accounts Business growth targets.(Ageing, planogram, merchandising)

• To redress customer (distributor, retailer, end-user) complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
• To organize, in conjunction with suitable agencies, sales promotion campaigns, dealer-meet, and product launch demos etc.
