building & Generator Division with Annual budget of 70 MIO through direct reporting to group
CFO/ GM.
Managed Multimillion-dollar project financing through various internal, Bank and Vendor
financing option. Some of the key project financing includes HOUBARA 35 MIO+, ADEK 14
MIO+, AL HABTOOR 10 MIO+, AUH POLICE 20 MIO+ & others.
Bank Debt & PLR management through active management of Credit Rating’s & rate
negotiation with various Banks. Last re-negotiation of PLR from 8.25% to 6.75% resulted in saving for 2 MIO.
Vendor Financing & Cost Management through active vendor negotiation for the project
procurement & credit lines. Saved company 3.5 MIO to 4.2 MIO through various credit re-
negotiations over budgeted cost.
Successfully managed and saved on budgeted figure of 7-to-10%. (APPRX: 500k TO 700k).
This was achieved through regular Operational Finance management including means like
communication, travel & other expense management across all levels.
Executive Presentation & Reporting to CFO/ GM & Individual Division heads on Fund raising,
Operational Financial reporting, Compliance & Auditing requirement.
