• Providing Remote Support and Troubleshooting assistance to Enterprise clients of Meru Networks.
• To work with high reference accounts and assure timely delivery of support and service.
• Coordinating between the Developer team and end customers to fix software based bugs.
• To take remote access on end customer equipment and assist them with troubleshooting issues:
• Data and Voice WLAN Management of all enterprise customers worldwide.
• To provide wireless connectivity to SIP and H.323 VoIP phones.
• To provide appropriate QoS for wireless data and VoIP traffic.
• To configure Firewall/ACL rules.
• To configure firewalls rule in the WLAN controller to permit or deny any traffic specified by IP address, network protocol numbers or port numbers.
• To provide QoS to traffic classified through ACL. This could be VoIP or Data traffic.
• To integrate wireless with wired network through configuring L2/L3 uplink switches accordingly.
• Configure port bonding on WLAN controller and link-aggregation on uplink switches to increase the bandwidth for traffic.
• Configuration and maintenance of all versions of Wireless Controllers & Access Points including virtual controllers running on ESX servers.
• Configuration and maintenance of network monitor tool, EzRF Network Monitor including virtual NM.
• Configuration and maintenance of Identity Manager, IDM.
• Deliver high-quality Enterprise level support for Meru wireless products.
• Develop common question and answer documentation to be included in department knowledge base.
