• Accountable for product costing, new projects, and the overall profit and loss (P&L) of the entire factory operations.
• Monitoring the effective supply chain and inventory management to meet minimum, maximum, and reorder levels aligned with sales targets.
• Ensuring that delivered product quality complies with defined standards related to the product, packaging, hygiene, and quantity.
• Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers/vendors for raw and packaging materials.
• Conducting daily meetings with departments to ensure planned and efficient operations.
