• Implement all strategic related activities for Unit CEO's office
• Act as a project manager for high-level, cross-functional projects as assigned by the CEO
• Managing different programs, track and analyze program metrics and generate key learnings which enable sales and marketing to take action and refine initiatives
• Programme manage lead generation vendors to ensure productivity and quality of leads delivered to sales and Delivery teams. Setup foundation for continuous improvement for this process including performing analysis to identify improvement opportunities, and conducting regular reviews together with program owners and sales teams

• Closely working with the Unit CEO and assisting in the activities of corporate and strategy development

• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
Analyzing the raw data of new clients to get them onboard as financial advisor
• Checking the client’s Licenses and Registrations
• Releasing and holding commission of advisors using Oracle and BETA X
• Extracting reports from Lexis Nexis, Web CRD Finra, Credit and RDC Report and updating Salesforce
