• Detail engineering design for reciprocating compressor package as per API-618 & customer specific requirements.
• Process design of reciprocating compressor systems including process piping, utility piping & piping components.
• Basic & detail engineering design for package equipments: vessels, heat exchangers, coolers.
• Perform line sizing & sizing of the major equipment such as vessels, coolers, heat exchangers.
• Prepare Technical Inquiry Requisition, Review and perform technical evaluation of supplier quotes for equipments.
• Prepare engineering deliverables: P&ID, Compressor Datasheets, Pump Datasheets, Design calculations, Technical data sheets, GA drawings, Foundation Plan, Piping Isometric drawings, Bills of Materials in conformance to customer specifications, industrial codes, standards and practices.
• Provide technical documents to shop for fabrication and assembly.
• Revise engineering documents in line with customer comments and translate changes to technical documents issued to shop for smooth fabrication.
• Provide technical support to Project Managers / Engineers.
• Participate and take lead in technical discussions with suppliers, customers and end users to resolve project queries / requirements.
• Provide engineering support for other value addition projects involving fabrication & assembly, piping components, etc.
• Provide technical support to pre-order projects as well as start-up and commissioning activities on site.
• Support project manager / engineer in technical aspects of inspection coordination, review of material test reports, NDE reports, etc.
• Travel to domestic or international destinations as required for technical discussions with customer or supplier as necessary.

Attended various industry visits such as Gujarat Apollo, GSFC and GEB power plant. Undergone internship at Gujarat Electricity Board thermal power plant to understand actual operation of the plant and various equipment and their real operation on site.
