Role - Senior Sales Advisor - Data Products

As a Senior Sales Advisor, the primary objective was to be the key point of contact for data products that included wireless handsets Blackberry, 3g modems and routers, wireless video surveillance camera. Identify customer profile for the store and ensure appropriate store merchandising, ensure adequate stock & POS merchandising levels in response to promotions and offers, as well overall stock levels to optimize sales. The Job also included.
• Managing the retail shop and selling sim cards and data services
• Stock management, forecasting and reordering through Microsoft Retail Management System
• Educate and Train the staff on data services and modems, mobile handset configuration
• Daily sales and finance cash and card reconciliation
• Conduct weekly shop briefing and targets
• Assist customers problems, issues and enquiry
• Part of Blackberry Launch Team
