1) Attending with troubleshooting all electrical faults related to Stenter machines, Scouring machines, Dye machines, Knitting machines, Thermic oil heaters, Air compressors, Stackers, Forklifts.
2) Attending with Installation, testing, commission and fault rectification of the pneumatic systems in factory machines.
3) Attending with Installation, programming and troubleshooting electrical faults in variable frequency drives (LENZE, Karl Mayer, Danfoss, Schneider Electric, HITACHI, YASKAWA).
Planned, organized, monitored and involved with preventive maintenance work of factory machines.
4) Involving with installation, testing and commissioning of various type of machineries and equipment such as Stenter machines (Make - Monfong Monforts) O type dye machines (Make- DANITECH), Brushing machines (Make -NANHAI INDUSTRIES, LAFER) Thermic oil heaters (Capacity - 3MnkCal/h), Inspection machines, Washrange machines.
5) Successfully completed electrical circuit design, installation, VFD programming and commission work for main pump system for initial condensate recovery system in hot effluent wastewater system in the plant.
6) Planning, organizing, and managing limited resources consistent of people, material, equipment, knowledge, and time to achieve factory maintenance targets.
7) BOQ preparation and draw necessary drawings.
