Major projects handled:
1. Construction & Rectification works of Crystal Lagoon for Meydan District One & Azizi Riviera, Dubai.
The Scope of rectification of existing Crystal Lagoon includes the rectification of existing lagoon HDPE liner, Polyurea beach slab coating, Pump room equipment refurbishment & relocation of Crystal Lagoon chamber. The scope of new Crystal Lagoon includes the Enabling Earthworks, Civil & MEP works of Pump stations.
2. Infrastructure works for Main Island plots and Cluster-D plots, Meydan - Dubai.
The Supervision of Infrastructure works includes the Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Construction of Storm water Pond and associated Pumping station & Lifting Stations
3. Infrastructure works for Al Furjan Phase -2, Dubai.
The Supervision of Infrastructure works includes the Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Construction of Potable Water Booster Pumping Station and Irrigation Pumping Station.
4. Fire & Irrigation Pump Station at Warsan Village, Dubai.
The Supervision of Infrastructure works includes the Construction of Fire & Irrigation Pumping Stations for Dubai Municipality and associated TSE feeding line from DM TSE main network
5. Dubai Island plots Stormwater Outfall Works - Dubai.
The Supervision of Infrastructure works includes Bathymetric surveys, the Co-ordinations with Dubai Municipality Environmental Planning and Studies Section (EPSS) for Environmental Impact Assessment Summary (EIAS) / Environmental Clearance (EC) for Storm Water Outfall Project.
6. Marinas at Dubai Island - A, Dubai.
The Scope of Work include Construction Supervision services for all Civil and MEP Works components of the project. The Supervision of Infrastructure works includes the Construction of Pumping Station to Marinas and Infrastructure utility connections.
Responsibilities
• Construction Contract administration of multiple projects.
• Supervision Contract administration & Staff Deployment approvals.
• Pre-Contract follow up with the Procurement & Development Team of Employers. Business Development by participating new Supervision Contract Tenders, Request for Proposals.
• Post Contract Commercial issues close out. Monitoring Trigger points for initiation of Variations such are Work start at site, CP submission by contractor and Employer’s Instruction
• Monitoring of Payment Applications from the contractor to avoid any potential disrupt project schedules and the keep the payments on track.
• Strategic initiative to facilitate the efficient close-out of projects by scheduling close-out meetings, Streamline the finalization of all outstanding project elements in collaboration with the project management team in order for smooth close-out.
• Supporting Design team for obtaining Design NOC by liaising with Authorities, Technical tender clarifications, Evaluating Tender Analysis Reports.
• Responsible as specialist in in the Pumping Station projects and DEWA / Dubai Municipality projects.
Major projects handled:
1. Infrastructure works & Construction of Retaining Wall for Barakah Nuclear power Plant Unit # 3, Abu Dhabi, UAE
The scope of works includes the Infrastructure works and Construction of RC Retaining Wall for Barakah Nuclear Power Plant for Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) under Hyundai E&C
2. Ruwais Sulphur Expansion Phase III, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Land Reclamation works under Dredging International, Marine & Waterway contractor.
3. Infrastructure works- Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project, TAKREER (Ruwais Refinery Division & BEEAT), Abu Dhabi
The scope of works includes wet & dry utility works under Samsung Engineering Company Ltd. The installation of CCTV networks for surveillance of API/CPI Separators and tank farm areas inside Ruwais Refinery for TAKREER (Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company) under Larsen & Toubro Limited.
Responsibilities
• Direct, involve, & manage the projects and ensure the projects are in track with the schedule.
• Preparing the project work plan & time scheduling of project activities to achieve the target.
• Minimizing project cost, effective execution and timely completion of project with proper planning.
• Technical Coordinating and Monitoring of a team of supervisors, foremen and labourers to execute the works.
• Monitor the actual accomplishment of the project; prepare construction look ahead schedule & monthly billing and invoices.
Major projects handled:
1. Dualling of Al Ain Faydah Road to Shaib Al Ghaf and Green Mubazzara Road, Al Ain, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily site activities, request for inspection, tests on site, all QA/QC maters, planning site work according to the schedule.
• Responsible of taking the site activities by reviewing NOC drawings from the AL Ain Municipality-Electric, Irrigation, Environmental, Telecom, traffic departments.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimates.
• Supervision and coordination of CAD personnel.
• Technical Coordinating with the consultants & municipality inspectors for work progress.
Major projects handled:
1. Jumeirah Village III, Circle Infrastructure Project, Dubai
Responsibilities
• Supervision of Road & Infrastructure works.
• Checking design drawings and prepare reports concerning technical problems.
• Conduct survey on all Proposed Roads, Repair and Maintenance works, spring development and prepare Program of Work.
• Coordinating Survey, Consultant, Sub Contractor Drawings and Machinery in site.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimates.
Major projects handled:
1. High Rise Building -River Scape, Aluva, Kerala, India
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating of Civil work with Electrical and Mechanical services.
• Execution of piling and superstructure including columns, shear wall, beams slabs, Lift pit, machine room etc based on IS codes.
