I am working in Qatar with AL JAZIRA GROUP as a spare parts sales incharge deals with TOYOTA, LEXUS, NISSAN, Mitsubishi, Kia, DAIHATSU, HYUNDAI GENUINE PARTS and aftermarket parts like ZUA, AISN, KYB, CTR, GSP Ext and other various Brands.
Work with AL JABR GROUP KIA its Distributorship as spare parts sales incharge deals with Korean brands KIA passengers car. Same work as before in TOYOTA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on electronic parts catalog & make quotation as per customer demand. And understand customer need quickly. And deal with TOYOTA & LEXUS & DAIHATSU PARTS SALES.
Daily Monitor loss sales & make by E.P.C (Electronic Part Catalog) loss sales because it’s effected on month-End Service rate report’s.
Generate stock orders as recommended by the customer & branches then order to Jeddah( c.p.d )by communication.
Maintain stock efficiency, and emergency orders by daily follow up.
Daily order BY-AIR (TLX) by AS-400 through communication.
Daily amendment order as per stock & customer demand and send to Jeddah.
Daily run repots & check daily profit & gross and retail sales (Total daily sales)
Handle with local and internal-Saudi Arab sales as per requirements.
Preparing special offers monthly & annual for Government and local companies and also for retail customer.
Manage all reports like daily invoice check list, daily management report 1or2 and all franchise daily reports & month-end reports and orders, also trained the new recruits.
Daily Direct report to G.M if necessary then M.D.
Collaborate with the Service Departments for parts availability and issue of parts. and also check daily work shop sales & reports and maintain the C.S.T.
Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
