• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile Bank statement
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Support Logistics department
• Maintains the impress account for the station.
• Keeps ledgers of daily expenses.
• Reconcile the accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily, weekly, and monthly deposits with station attendants
• Maintains fixed assets register for all company's assets at the station.
• Ensuring that financial records are maintained in compliance with lawful and accepted procedures and policies of the company.
• Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Stock Reconciliation Statement.
• Stock Inward & Outward as per PO And Allocation
• Branch Transfer of Stock
• General A/c related work such as preparation of vouchers, record Keeping and accounting transactions.
• Generating Sales Invoices
• Client & Vender Interaction & making follow-up for Payments.
• Petty Cash Management & Cash book Reconciliation
• Making Reports as per Management Requirement
• Follow Up with Local Bank for Banking Transaction.
• Liaise with HO and Branch as a felicitator
