Managing the failures occuring in Doha Metro. Assigning the faults reported to the specific contractors and following up with them until fault is rectified. Dealing faults related to Signalling, MEP equipments, SCADA, BACS, VHTS(Escalators, Travellators and lifts).
Manual driving of automated trains in case of any failures to a place to ensure safety of rolling stock as well as passengers. Also depot movement.
